John Anderson,
FACHE
Principal
Over the past 25 years,
Mr. Anderson has gained a broad-based experience in executive health care
management. As Vice President of Fairview Foundation, he
earned success as a Planned Giving Officer and raised over 4 million dollars in pledges and gifts. He has achieved success in providing organizations with a proactive deferred giving program. He previously served as CEO of three Chicago hospitals and COO of a 950 bed Chicago area teaching hospital, as well as Administrator of a sub-acute care health care facility.
Mr. Anderson has served as the Regent for Central Illinois for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for the term 1996 - 2000, and presently serves as ACHE District 4 Governor for Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, 2001 - 2005.
Mr. Anderson is also a licensed nursing home administrator.
Mr. Peterson has over 22 years of healthcare management
experience. Most recently he was administrator for 14 years of a rural community hospital located in
Aledo, Illinois. Before that he was a vice president of a hospital in Clinton,
Iowa. Bruce has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from the
University of Minnesota.
He has
served on the Board of
Directors of the Illinois
Hospital Association (IHA)
and presently serves as the
President-Elect of the
Central Illinois Chapter of
the American College of
Health Care Executives
(ACHE). Bruce has served on
many task forces and
committees of the IHA, and
has been a frequent
presenter at annual meetings
of the IHA rural hospital
group.
Before
joining HealthCare Fund
Development Consultants,
Bruce was a client CEO for 4
years, where he learned the
techniques and challenges of
fund development. Bruce is
presently enrolled in a year
long mentorship course with
Life Style Giving in
Southern California, where
he will be pursuing
certification in Estate
Planning education.
Bruce also
has successfully completed
grant applications on behalf
of client hospitals from the
Kresge Foundation and other
foundations that support
health care projects.
Mr. Peterson is also a licensed nursing home administrator.
Marge Steffens
Executive
Assistant
Ms. Steffens has 11 years of comprehensive experience managing a Foundation Program. She played an integral role at Fairview Foundation in her management support in the areas of capital campaigns, planned giving and on-going fund-raising activities. In 1998, she was also certified by Lifestyle Giving, Inc.'s Gift Design Mentoring Program.

Mr. Bohlmann currently directs the Fund Development Program in this community of 5600 residents. His program has successfully raised 1.5 million dollars for a new Outpatient Services building and recently completed a second capital campaign that raised 750 thousand dollars for a new helicopter landing pad and hospital elevator. In addition, since 1992, over $3.1 million was received in estate gifts.

Ms. Alldredge has been the director of this hospital's Development Program for the past nine years. Fairfax has a population of 699 residents and is most likely the smallest town that has a hospital with a successful development program. On an annual basis, this program brings in over $100,000 from several annual events. They have over 35 community leaders involved in their Development Council and recently received a 1 million dollar estate gift.
